Hi, I’m Vince Dietz, owner of Dietz Redline Tree Service.
I built this business around the same values I rely on as a firefighter: preparation, safety, hard work, and staying calm when the job gets difficult.
Whether I’m pruning a tree, removing a hazard, or cleaning up after a storm, my goal is simple, do quality work, communicate honestly, and treat your property with respect.
HOW IT STARTED

My interest in tree work started long before Dietz Redline. As a kid, I was always outside clearing trails for dirt bikes, using my “chompers” to knock down little saplings.
What started as a childhood obsession with working outdoors eventually grew into years of hands-on experience and, ultimately, the opportunity to build a tree service of my own.

Serving as a firefighter has reinforced the importance of preparation, teamwork, safety, and making good decisions under pressure. Those lessons carry directly into the way I approach tree work.
Every property and every tree is different. I take the time to evaluate the situation, explain the work clearly, and approach each job with care and respect for the people and property around it.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family or coaching high school wrestling.
Dietz Redline is a local, family-owned business, and I want it to be something my family can be proud of for years to come.
